1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and Lucky 98 ("Lucky 98," "the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing the Lucky 98 website at lucky98.fun, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR or playing any game or placing any bet on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using Lucky 98 immediately and must not create or continue to use an account. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including Slot Games, Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and the Bet sports betting section.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference and should be read alongside this document. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

2. Account Registration

To access any real-money features on Lucky 98 — including deposits, gameplay, bonuses and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible players.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number and a working email address. You must keep this information current. If your contact details change, update them through your account settings promptly.

• Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device or IP address.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow someone else to operate your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Lucky 98 account credentials.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a CNIC copy or other official identification.
• Accounts created with false information will be suspended and any balance forfeited.

Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any point Lucky 98 deems necessary to comply with its internal policies. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal processing being paused until the process is complete.

3. Age Requirement

Lucky 98 is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction.

If Lucky 98 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings generated during a period where underage use is suspected may be withheld until the matter is resolved. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned where possible, with winnings forfeited.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Lucky 98 takes underage gaming seriously and cooperates fully with any formal investigation into suspected underage access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Lucky 98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit cards and other supported mobile wallets. No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and other methods may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Lucky 98 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. You can monitor the status of any withdrawal through the My Transactions section of your account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name.
• Lucky 98 does not accept third-party payments in either direction.
• Deposits made using active bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large withdrawal requests as part of its fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding verification requirement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 98 offers various bonuses, promotions and rewards to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free credit, cashback, and sports betting promotions tied to PSL and other cricket events.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated at the time of issue. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over before it can be withdrawn. This requirement is clearly stated for each offer.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is used first unless you choose to activate a bonus.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if abuse or manipulation is detected.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including by opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using coordinated betting strategies to guarantee outcomes, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses cancelled, their accounts reviewed and any winnings derived from abuse forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

Lucky 98 hosts a range of game types including video slots, classic slots, live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar and game show formats), fish games and bingo. Each game type operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface.

All slot and RNG-based games on Lucky 98 use certified random number generation. Outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section.

For live casino games, the results are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer in real time under the rules of that specific table game. Lucky 98 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet being placed or a session ending unexpectedly. In such cases, bets already confirmed and in progress will stand.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed before you start playing.
• Malfunctions in any game — including software errors or disconnections — void all plays and bets for the affected round. Affected bets will be refunded to your balance.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to void any game round or bet that was placed during a technical error where the outcome may have been affected.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The Lucky 98 Bet section covers cricket including PSL franchise matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other formats, as well as football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Placement: Bets are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notice in your account. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Odds are subject to change at any time before confirmation — the odds shown at confirmation are the ones that apply to your bet.

In-Play Betting: Lucky 98 offers live in-play betting on cricket matches including ball-by-ball markets during PSL and international fixtures. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of placement. Lucky 98 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

• All bets are settled in PKR at the confirmed odds.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market — typically voided and returned to your balance unless a result has already been determined.
• Lucky 98 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market at its discretion.
• Any bet placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement — due to a technical error or otherwise — will be voided.
• Suspicious betting patterns may be investigated and affected bets may be voided pending review.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky 98. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance.

• Registering more than one account under any name, contact detail or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings from known exploits will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate sports events or game outcomes through any means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your Lucky 98 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Lucky 98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is suspected.
• The account holder fails to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with a zero balance.
• Lucky 98 receives a legal requirement or regulatory directive to close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Lucky 98 will inform the account holder by their registered contact details where possible. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated promptly. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will remain closed and any legitimately earned real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be assessed for return on a case-by-case basis.

10. Privacy and Data

Lucky 98 collects personal information during registration and throughout your use of the platform in order to provide services, process payments, comply with internal policies and maintain the security of the platform. • Loss of funds resulting from a player's own actions, including placing incorrect bets or making erroneous deposits.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network issues or third-party payment provider downtime.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Errors in game outcomes that were caused by the player's own connectivity issues.

In all cases, Lucky 98's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the value of the deposit made in connection with that incident. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Lucky 98 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify players through their registered contact details or via a notice on the platform.
